Sound familiar?

  • You’re the steady one, and you’re running on empty

  • Small things set you off, and you’re not sure why

  • You know your patterns, and you still repeat them

  • Your shoulders, jaw or stomach carry stress you can’t seem to put down

  • You feel far from the people you love, even when you’re in the same room

Why this happens

Most of us learned early to keep the peace by pushing feelings down. It was a smart move at the time. But the body keeps carrying what we don’t let ourselves feel, and it shows up later as stress, tension, short fuses and distance.

You can’t think your way out of something your body is holding. This workshop teaches you to work with it directly, in simple and practical ways.

What you’ll walk away with

A quick reset

A two-minute practice to settle your stress response at your desk, in the car or before a hard conversation.

A pause button

The ability to catch a reaction before it runs you.

Clearer signals

A better read on what you’re actually feeling, and what you need.

Easier connection

Practice being present with another person without managing their mood.

Something set down

An afternoon where you don’t have to hold anything together.

What it’s actually like

No experience needed. No yoga, no chanting, no performing.

You’ll sit or lie comfortably, follow short guided exercises, breathe, notice what’s going on in your body, and talk with one partner. There’s a short talk, a break, and a closing circle.

You never have to share in front of the group. Most of the work happens quietly, inside you.

“I had a huge release that moved from my chest down into my belly. I’d never felt that kind of presence and calm in a session before. Caleb is calm, gentle and patient, and you can feel it in his energy. I’ve already recommended him to three people.”

Questions first-timers ask

Is this going to be weird?

A little new, maybe. Not weird. Think guided exercises and honest conversation, not a ceremony.

Do I need to have some big trauma to come?

No. This is for everyday stress and the patterns almost everyone picked up growing up.

Will I have to share in front of people?

No. You set your own pace. Whatever does or doesn’t come up is fine.

I’ve heard the word “somatic.” What does it mean?

It just means “of the body.” It’s an approach that works with physical sensation, not only thoughts.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s a practical, experiential workshop. It works alongside therapy but doesn’t replace it.

Can I come with a friend or partner?

Yes. Plenty of people find it easier to try something new together.

You spend most of your week connected to everything but yourself. Take one afternoon to come back.

Twelve spots. Three hours. Come curious; that’s enough.
